About UNCNC
The UNC Neuroscience Center is an inter-departmental research center on the campus of the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Our Mission is to promote neuroscience research with a specific emphasis on developmental, cellular, and disease-related processes. Resident scientists of the UNCNC are housed in laboratories on the 7th and 8th floors of the new Neuroscience Research Building on the School of Medicine campus. Additional neuroscience research groups in both basic (Cell and Molecular Physiology) and clinical (Neurology) departments are also housed in the Neuroscience Research Building.
